Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via FedEx with delivery confirmation. Other shipping methods are available upon request. International Shipping Information is available upon request. We will ship international orders when payment is made via a verified PayPal account. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
Return Policy
For returns please email or call your sales representative for a return merchandise authorization. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. If the product seems used or used and washed it will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
